In its initial phase, the register includes ten buildings across the UAE, such as Dubai's Union House, where the UAE Union Agreement was signed in 1971, Sheikh Rashid Tower, and Deira Clocktower. In Abu Dhabi, the Qasr Al Hosn complex and the Cultural Foundation are featured. The selection criteria were based on historical significance, architectural value, and impact on urban development.

Buildings listed in the register will receive official recognition and enhanced protection, along with access to support programs. ## Role of the National Identity Committee
