These pillars are designed to enhance the creative ecosystem in Dubai and ensure its adaptability to changing conditions.

## Beneficiaries and Opportunities

The initiative targets skilled professionals, artists, and small enterprises within the creative economy. It offers free and affordable workspaces in collaboration with various Dubai entities, including Dubai Municipality and Dubai CommerCity. Additionally, grants and commissions are available to support creative projects, with programs like the Dubai Cultural Grant and partnerships with organizations such as Art Jameel.

## Training and Public Engagement

Talent development is a significant focus, with e-learning initiatives and workshops aimed at connecting creatives with broader audiences and markets. Public spaces will also be utilized to showcase creative works, turning parts of Dubai into an open-air gallery.
