Residents reported high levels of happiness and life satisfaction, with scores of 8.6 and 8.72 out of 10, respectively. The survey also noted that 84% of residents have someone to rely on in times of need, and volunteerism has increased significantly, indicating a strong sense of community.
## Inclusivity and Community Engagement
Inclusivity is a key strength, with over 90% of People of Determination feeling integrated into society. Community engagement platforms are thriving, with increased awareness and attendance at community majalis. The survey also points to a rise in entrepreneurship, with 30.3% of Emiratis engaging in business-related borrowing.
## Digital Connectivity
Dubai's digital ecosystem supports its social development, with 98.6% of households having internet access. This connectivity is crucial for maintaining the emirate's inclusive and progressive social landscape.

Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director General of the CDA, emphasized that the survey results guide policy and enhance transparency. The survey evaluates seven core pillars, including quality of life and social inclusion, providing a comprehensive view of Dubai's social progress.
