## Employee Rights Under UAE Labor Law
In the UAE, labor laws safeguard employees' rights to receive end-of-service benefits even during their notice periods. This protection is outlined in Article 39 of the Labor Law, which allows for termination with benefits intact if disciplinary actions are taken.
## Conditions for Termination
Employers must follow specific procedures if they wish to terminate an employee without notice. According to Article 44, a written investigation and justified dismissal decision are required. The employee must be informed of any violations, especially those related to workplace safety, through visible postings.

An employee at a salon faced potential withholding of end-of-service benefits due to alleged instruction violations. However, the employer cannot legally withhold these benefits unless proper procedures are followed, including notifying the employee twice about potential dismissal.
