## National Work Experience Platform

The UAE's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has launched the National Work Experience Platform, connecting students from 54 universities with real-world training opportunities. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application.

## Student Participation

Over 1,000 students have registered on the platform, with 414 already engaged in training across 45 companies. An additional 616 students are expected to start their placements in the upcoming semester.

## Institutional and Corporate Collaboration

The platform is a collaborative effort with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, Nafis. It has facilitated 740 training opportunities, offering students exposure to various sectors and specializations.

## Quality and Structure

The platform ensures that all work experiences meet the standards set by the Ministerial Resolution on Work Experience. This guarantees that placements are structured, effective, and of high quality, enhancing students' skills and career readiness.

## Digital Integration

Functioning as a digital hub, the platform allows students to explore opportunities while enabling universities and training providers to manage programs. Its integration with the Nafis platform supports the creation of a unified national database, promoting collaboration and preparing Emirati talent for the workforce.
