## Signing Ceremony in Dubai

WOW Resorts recently held a significant signing event at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, marking a pivotal moment for the JW Marriott Marjan Island Resort & Residences. This development is the first JW Marriott-branded residential property in the GCC, situated on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

## Construction Partnerships

The project involves collaboration with China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), a leading global construction firm, and Edifice Middle East LLC, the appointed contractor for the site. The ceremony was attended by senior leaders from WOW Resorts, CRBC, and Edifice Middle East, along with industry partners.

## Architectural Vision

Designed by architect Tony Ashai and Dubai-based Architecture Design Unit, the resort offers breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The property includes a range of branded residences, from one to four-bedroom homes to signature penthouses, as well as guest rooms.

## Luxury Amenities

Residents and guests can enjoy seven dining venues, a signature spa, multiple pools, a fitness center, and a private lagoon. One Broker Group is the exclusive sales partner for this development.
