## Recognition of Excellence

During the Dubai awards ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored various government teams for their efforts in reducing bureaucracy. The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure received the "Best Government Team in Bureaucracy Reduction" award for its Maritime Transport Bundle project.

## Advanced Technology in Governance

The next phase, titled "Zero Bureaucracy Using Agentic AI," seeks to further simplify procedures and improve government operations through advanced technology. This phase is part of a broader effort to create a faster and smarter government.

## Award-Winning Initiatives

Several projects were recognized for their contributions to reducing bureaucracy. The Ministry of Finance was acknowledged for its Smart Financial Governance Operations, while the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security was honored for its "Request Data Once" initiative.

The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment was awarded for its Farmers and Fishermen Services project, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation was recognized for its AI-powered labor contract verification system.

## Digital and AI Innovations

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research was praised for streamlining the recognition of foreign academic qualifications. Etihad Water and Electricity received recognition for its instant approvals initiative, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was honored for its digital attestation initiative.

Emirates Post was also awarded for its National Logistics Network project, highlighting the UAE's commitment to enhancing public service efficiency through digital and AI innovations.
