The venue, developed by DMCC, spans 21,000 square meters and can accommodate up to 4,000 people. The opening of the plaza coincides with the next phase of Uptown Dubai's expansion. Two new commercial towers are under construction, adding 62,000 square meters of office and retail space. Once completed, the district will offer a total of 538,000 square meters of space, including 232,000 square meters for Grade A offices.
