The countries where UAE licences are recognized include Estonia, Albania, Portugal, China, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Malta, Iceland, Montenegro, Israel, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, the UK, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Croatia, Texas (USA), North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Kyrgyzstan. South Korea allows licence exchange for residents only.
