Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has announced the full restoration of its banking services following a period of intermittent outages. These disruptions, which primarily affected payments and transfers via the mobile banking app, occurred over several days last week.
## Resolution Efforts
The bank reported that its teams, with the assistance of global experts and technology partners, worked tirelessly to address the issues. They assured customers that there was no risk to data integrity or customer balances during the outages.
## Current Status
ADCB confirmed that all core banking services, including branches, ATMs, and card operations, are now stable and fully operational. The mobile app is also functional for most users, although some retail Aspire customers are still awaiting full access.

For those still experiencing issues, ADCB recommends using internet banking and other available channels. The bank has also enhanced its internet banking platform to ensure secure access from any device.
