Moustafa Fahour OAM has been appointed as CEO and Managing Director. With over two decades of experience in banking and infrastructure investment, Fahour will lead the platform's establishment and expansion, initially focusing on GCC real estate before diversifying into infrastructure and other private market investments.

## Investment Opportunities and Expansion Plans

Arada Capital will initially offer investment opportunities linked to Arada's existing projects and strategic partnerships. The platform plans to expand its reach across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other regional markets. Further details on its investment strategy will be disclosed in the future.

## Arada's Growth and Development Pipeline

Since its inception in 2017, Arada has launched 11 projects in the UAE and expanded into the UK and Australia. The company boasts a development pipeline valued at AED130 billion, encompassing approximately 55,000 units across these markets.
