## Overview of Ajman's Development Initiative

Ajman has embarked on a significant development initiative worth Dh1.8 billion, aiming to enhance infrastructure and quality of life by 2030. This ambitious plan, launched by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, includes 30 projects focusing on roads, green spaces, and public facilities.

## Key Project Packages

The development plan is divided into five main packages. The first package targets major road improvements, including upgrades in the Al Zorah area and new pedestrian bridges. The second package focuses on enhancing neighborhood roads in various residential areas.

The third package aims to expand key routes, with significant projects like the widening of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street. The fourth package promotes sustainable travel through the construction of 16 kilometers of new cycling tracks and walkways.

## Green Spaces and Parks

The final package emphasizes the creation of approximately 330,000 square meters of parks and community spaces. New public parks are planned across several areas, contributing to a greener Ajman and increasing recreational space per person by 2030.

## Supporting Ajman Vision 2030

This development agenda supports Ajman Vision 2030 by translating long-term goals into practical projects. The focus is on balancing urban growth with environmental sustainability, ensuring the city meets future needs while enhancing its appeal as a place to live and work.
