The search for the missing crew of a cargo plane that crashed into the Arabian Sea continues, with Pakistan Navy and Maritime Security Agency teams recovering more debris. The plane, a Boeing 737 operated by K2 Airways, disappeared from radar while en route from Sharjah to Karachi.

## Investigation and Challenges

The crash, which occurred after a reported navigation system malfunction, is under investigation. Search operations are complicated by rough seas and strong winds, which have scattered debris over a wide area. The main fuselage and five crew members remain missing.

## Government and Airline Response

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed authorities to utilize all resources to locate the missing crew. K2 Airways is cooperating with civil aviation authorities in the investigation. The search involves aircraft and other assets in a coordinated effort to find the missing individuals.

## Crash Details

Radar data showed the aircraft made a sharp turn and descended rapidly before losing contact around 9:21 p.m. Tuesday, approximately 287 kilometers west of Karachi. The first wreckage was found about 100 kilometers off the coast of Ormara in Balochistan province.
