A surge in user complaints was noted, with 71% of customers experiencing problems with voice calls. Additionally, 14% reported issues with mobile signal strength, while 8% faced mobile internet disruptions. Du's mobile app also displayed a message indicating ongoing efforts to resolve the issue.

## Services Still Operational

Despite the outage, not all services were impacted. SMS messaging and mobile internet access remained functional, allowing users to continue using social media apps. Du's internet calling service, Botim, was also operational, providing an alternative for making calls.
