## Extended Travel Flexibility
British Airways has announced an extension of its travel flexibility policy for passengers flying to or from Dubai and other Middle Eastern destinations. This policy, which was initially set to end on October 24, now extends until October 31, 2026. Passengers can cancel or change their plans without incurring a change fee, although fare differences may apply.
## Refund and Rebooking Options
Eligible passengers can request a full refund even if their flight is still scheduled. Those wishing to travel at a later date can rebook on the same route or choose another British Airways route. This applies to travel originally booked up to October 31 for destinations including Abu Dhabi, Amman, Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Jeddah, and Riyadh.
## Flight Schedule Adjustments
Earlier, British Airways had reduced its flights between London and Dubai from three daily services to one for the summer season. The regular schedule was expected to resume on August 1, with a second daily service planned from October 16. The latest update does not change this schedule but extends the period for refund and rebooking options.
## Communication with Passengers
The airline is reaching out to affected customers to inform them of their options. British Airways emphasizes that passenger safety remains a top priority and assures that flights will only operate if deemed safe.
