## Details of the Event
Tsunoda had just completed a series of donuts and brought the car to a stop when flames and smoke erupted from the rear of the vehicle. Spectators quickly urged him to move away from the burning car.
## Tsunoda's Response
Despite the alarming situation, Tsunoda remained calm and exited the vehicle safely. He currently holds the position of reserve driver for Red Bull Racing, having been replaced by Isack Hadjar as the team's second driver after the 2025 season.
## Background
Tsunoda was promoted to partner Max Verstappen early in the 2025 season but faced challenges, scoring 33 points over 22 races before being reassigned. His role now involves supporting the team as a reserve driver.
