## Comprehensive Care and Adoption Services

The shelter provides a safe environment for stray and abandoned animals, offering rehabilitation programs to prepare them for adoption. It adheres to international veterinary and animal welfare standards, ensuring animals are healthy and ready for new homes.

## Partnerships and Initiatives

Dubai Municipality has partnered with Vets for Pets Veterinary Clinic and Phoenix Veterinary Clinic to improve animal health services. These collaborations focus on treating injured or ill stray animals and promoting responsible pet ownership through public awareness campaigns.

## Online Adoption Platform

Coinciding with the shelter's opening, an online platform was launched to facilitate pet adoption. Prospective adopters can view available animals and access detailed information about their health and behavior.

The shelter includes a customer service center, pre-adoption viewing area, interactive adoption rooms, a veterinary clinic, surgical theatre, grooming unit, and a center for reuniting lost pets with their owners.
