## Technological Advancements

Wisk Aero brings its expertise in autonomous eVTOL aircraft, having completed over 1,700 flight tests. Insitu contributes with its unmanned aircraft systems used globally for intelligence and surveillance. SkyGrid offers advanced air traffic management software, crucial for integrating autonomous aviation into shared airspace.

## Future Prospects

The transaction, pending regulatory approval, is anticipated to conclude by the end of 2026. Archer's CEO, Adam Goldstein, highlights this as a pivotal moment for the company, aiming to diversify and strengthen its position in aerospace and defense sectors.
