The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is enhancing its use of artificial intelligence to improve real estate services. This initiative was highlighted during the International Property Show 2026, where DLD showcased its "Initial Registration" platform. This AI-driven tool helps in document processing and data extraction, streamlining transactions and reducing repetitive tasks.

## Educational Collaborations

In partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and the University of Dubai, DLD is developing educational programs to nurture future real estate professionals. The "Real Estate Sector Diploma," a 90-hour course over two years, will begin in autumn 2026. Additionally, the University of Dubai is creating a bachelor's program focusing on finance, investment, and real estate technologies.

## Strategic Partnerships

DLD's efforts are part of its strategic role at the International Property Show 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The department aims to address the evolving needs of the real estate sector through these initiatives, ensuring a skilled workforce for the future.
