Majid Al Futtaim achieved a record EBITDA of Dh2.5 billion in the first half of 2026, marking an 11% increase compared to the previous year. The company's revenue rose by 1% to Dh17.5 billion, while net operating profit after tax grew by 25% to Dh1.8 billion.

## Development Projects

The group's development pipeline, valued at over Dh100 billion, saw significant progress with Dh2.8 billion in construction contracts awarded. Key projects include a Dh62 billion agreement with Dubai South for a mixed-use community and ongoing developments at Ghaf Woods and the Mall of the Emirates.

## Business Diversification

Majid Al Futtaim's diverse portfolio, spanning 14 markets, contributed to its robust performance. The group serves over 600 million customers annually through its shopping malls, retail, entertainment, and digital businesses.

## Retail and Digital Expansion

Retail revenue faced a 6% decline due to challenging consumer conditions in the UAE. However, digital revenue in retail increased by 11%, and Precision Media revenue surged by 89%. The group also expanded its retail offerings with new store openings and partnerships.

## Future Outlook

The company plans to continue investing in both physical and digital capabilities, focusing on data, AI, and e-commerce to enhance productivity and customer relationships. Majid Al Futtaim remains optimistic about the long-term prospects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
