Emaar's confidence is bolstered by a record financial year in 2025, with property sales reaching Dh80.4 billion. The company's revenue was Dh49.6 billion, and net profit before tax was Dh25.7 billion. A revenue backlog of Dh155 billion provides strong future earnings visibility.

## Strong Start to 2026

The momentum from 2025 has continued into 2026, with property sales in the UAE totaling Dh17.2 billion in the first two months, marking a 118% increase compared to the same period last year. Alabbar highlighted the stability of Dubai's economic model as a key factor in Emaar's success.
