## Saturday Highlights

On April 25, Alserkal Avenue becomes a hub of artistic activity. The day kicks off at 11:00 AM with a children's art workshop titled "Hands That Create, Hearts That Connect," led by artist Lucy Jung. This interactive session at The Yard is designed for families to explore contemporary art through creative trails.

At 4:00 PM, the much-anticipated "DÉJÀ VU" exhibition opens at Concrete. Inspired by Raed Yassin’s 2016 neon work, this multi-gallery show delves into themes of memory and repetition, featuring a diverse range of artistic styles.

Following the exhibition opening, "The Gulf Between Us" Majlis Talks take place at 5:00 PM at The Yard. Curated by Nadine Khalil, these discussions focus on the regional art scene, featuring insights from participating artists and curators.

## Sunday Highlights

April 26 offers a more relaxed pace, starting with a "Slow Art Walk" at 3:00 PM, led by artist Natalya Konforti. This unique tour encourages participants to engage deeply with fewer artworks, enhancing their appreciation through guided exercises.

At 4:00 PM, head to Project Space (WH 50) for a screening of "Ghanati Man," a film by Al Reem Al Beshr. This quirky narrative set in a near-future Abu Dhabi explores romance as a subscription service, followed by a discussion with the director.

The day continues with a "Performing the Mundane" workshop at 5:30 PM in the Common Room (WH 51). Led by Dirwaza Curatorial Lab and artist Ammar Al Attar, this session transforms everyday actions into performance art.

Conclude the weekend with "An Evening with Bull Funk Zoo" at 7:00 PM in Project Space (WH 50). Curated by Ratish Chadha, this music session features live performances and insights into the band's creative process.
