## New Salary Regulations

The Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council has confirmed that a minimum salary of Dh6,000 is mandatory for Emirati workers in the private sector. This regulation aligns with cabinet and central bank directives, and firms not adhering to it are violating labor laws.

## Complaint Channels

Emirati employees have access to specific channels for filing complaints if their rights are breached. They can approach the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation or use labor advisory and claims centers.

## Role of Nafis

Nafis collaborates with the ministry to ensure that grievances are resolved efficiently. The program is designed to support Emiratis temporarily, with policies subject to change based on national priorities.

## Employment Growth

The council reported a significant increase in Emirati employment in the private sector, with 176,000 citizens now working across more than 32,000 companies. This achievement surpasses targets set for the year.

## Future Plans

Looking ahead, the council aims to continue investing in national talent and enhancing the competitiveness of Emiratis in the private sector until 2040.
