The lottery operator has partially revealed the winner's first name as "Sunilku**S**," sparking speculation that the winner might be an Indian expatriate. This follows a similar pattern from previous announcements, where only part of the winner's name is initially disclosed.

In the past, the lottery has used this method of partial name disclosure. For instance, the first Dh30 million winner was initially identified as Tayab K**, later revealed to be Tayab Khan, a Nepalese resident.
