## Financial Relief Initiative

Sharjah's civil defense authority has launched a financial relief initiative to support local businesses. This move, directed by the Sharjah Executive Council, aims to reduce operational costs and boost economic activity in the emirate.

## Key Fee Reductions

The initiative includes a 50% reduction on civil defense violations and firefighting fees. This discount is designed to alleviate financial burdens on businesses with outstanding fines and operational costs.

## Duration and Retroactive Application

The relief package is valid for three months, starting from June 16, 2026. It also applies retroactively to violations issued between 2019 and 2026, helping businesses reduce accumulated liabilities.

## Accessing the Discounts

Businesses are encouraged to utilize this limited-time offer by contacting the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority through their digital platforms or by calling their helpline.
