## Technological Advancements

The platform's growth is supported by technological upgrades, including the integration of artificial intelligence. The Dubai AI digital assistant provides real-time guidance, enhancing user experience and efficiency. The application attracted 400,000 new users in 2025, increasing the total user base to 2.2 million, while maintaining a high user rating.

## New Features and Services

Recent updates include the "My Services" section for a personalized experience and the "Documents" feature for accessing official records. The "My Vehicles" service allows users to manage vehicle-related transactions electronically. Other features include the "Benefits" service for offer programs and the "Pay All" option for settling multiple bills at once.

## Collaborative Efforts

DubaiNow continues to expand through partnerships with various government entities. Collaborations with the Roads and Transport Authority and Dubai Culture have added services like learner driving permit renewal and digital no-objection certificates for filming. The platform also offers services in cooperation with Dubai Municipality, such as caravan camping permits and park ticket bookings.
